Terms of Service

By accessing or using the AIO platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

These terms apply to all users of the platform, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

AIO grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the platform strictly in accordance with these terms. You may not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AIO Technologies and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of AIO Technologies.

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display through the platform. By submitting content, you grant AIO a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with providing the service.

Certain features of the platform are available on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan. All fees are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT). Where applicable under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017 on VAT, VAT at the prevailing rate will be added to your invoice. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. We will provide you with reasonable notice of any price changes. Your continued use of the platform after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. All provisions of these terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

In no event shall AIO Technologies, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses) resulting from your use of the service.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the platform shall not exceed the amounts you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dubai, UAE.
