Commercial
Sales
Bring brands, factories, wholesalers and retailers onto AIO, and stay with them until they're trading on it.
What you'll do
- Find and qualify companies that trade goods with each other
- Run demos built around how each company buys and sells today
- Take leads from first contact to an approved, onboarded account
- Bring back what you hear, so it shapes what we build next
What we look for
- Experience selling B2B software, or selling into retail, distribution or manufacturing
- Comfortable talking price lists, margins, trade terms and VAT
- Organised follow-up: you keep your pipeline current without being chased
- Fluent English and Arabic
Customer success
Customer support
Be the first person companies on AIO talk to when they need help, and the one who makes sure it gets fixed.
What you'll do
- Answer support tickets and get companies unstuck quickly
- Guide new companies through onboarding: their application, structure, first products and price lists
- Reproduce issues, write them up clearly for engineering, and follow them through to the fix
- Write and update help articles in the learning centre
What we look for
- Experience supporting people who use business software
- A clear, patient writer
- Comfortable with the details of orders, stock and invoices
- Fluent English
Engineering
Full stack engineer
Work on the whole platform: the web apps people use every day, the services behind them, and the cluster they run on.
What you'll do
- Ship features end to end, from the data model and service to the API and the screen
- Work across the services that hold products, price lists, orders, stock and the ledger
- Keep it fast: pages that open instantly and numbers that add up
- Turn customer feedback into shipped changes, often within days
What we look for
- Solid TypeScript and Python in production
- Experience with React or Next.js and an API framework such as FastAPI
- Comfortable modelling data in MongoDB and PostgreSQL
- You've run what you built: containers, logs, metrics and the occasional late fix
- Fluent English
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech: payments, ledgers, invoicing or reconciliation

Engineering
Systems engineer, POS & terminals
Build the operating system layer for the point-of-sale and terminal machines that connect stores to AIO.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain the OS image for our POS and terminal devices
- Write and integrate drivers for receipt printers, barcode scanners, card readers and cash drawers
- Own secure boot, over-the-air updates and remote device management
- Keep devices selling offline and syncing with the platform when the connection returns
What we look for
- Experience with embedded Linux or Android (AOSP) on real hardware
- Strong C or C++
- At home with bootloaders, kernels, device trees and hardware interfaces such as USB, serial and Bluetooth
- Comfortable debugging on the device itself
- Fluent English
Nice to have
- Experience with payment terminals: EMV, PCI PTS or PCI DSS
